Engineering Education Australia
Engineering Education Australia (EEA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Engineers Australia. EEA supports the Engineers Australia Continuing Professional Development activities and initiatives by maximising learning opportunities in engineering, science, technology, computing, business and management.

Engineers Media
Engineers Media is a publishing and marketing company and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Engineers Australia. Its principal function is to publish the Engineers Australia monthly journal Engineers Australia.

Young Engineers Australia
Young Engineers Australia (YEA) is a special interest group within Engineers Australia.
YEA represents approximately 15,000 Engineers Australia members and is the largest single group of young engineers in the country. Established in 1988, YEA is a very dynamic, vocal and enthusiastic group. Find out more about the group from their website.

Enged
The Enged website is a project to provide a resource to support the Victorian Department of Education and Training (DET) curriculum initiatives in the area of Technology.
The website sets out to demonstrate the natural links between Science, Technology and Engineering. At the same time it aims to raise the awareness of the engineering profession among young students, and hopefully to develop an interest in a career in one of the many fields of engineering.

Professions Australia
Professions Australia is a national organisation of professional associations. It advances and promotes professionalism for the benefit of the community.

Engineering Disciplines
Historically, mainstream engineering is divided into the four broad disciplines of chemical, civil, electrical and mechanical engineering. Within each discipline there are several branches of engineering, covering an enormous range of fields. Today, we are seeing the emergence of new disciplines of engineering. Here is a description of some of the major fields of engineering.
